Below are the steps on how to run a "Just In Time" Diagnostic log. The LodeStar support team will ask you to do this for us when needed.
1. Open up LodeStar within a loan and click "calculate", but do not export the quote back to the 2015 Itemization.
2. Within the "Services View" tab, go to "Help" > "Diagnostic Mode - Just In Time."
3. In the menu window, select "Start Logging" and exit the menu window:
4. Go back to LodeStar and export the fees back to Encompass.
5. Go back to "Help" > "Diagnostic Mode - Just In Time" and click "Stop Logging" in the menu window.
6. Lastly click "Open Encompass Log" and send the entire text file back to LodeStar.
