Below are steps to set up LodeStar within your TPO Connect. In order for LodeStar to set up TPO, we will need your TPO dev server ID. If you haven't already, please provide that to your LodeStar account manager first before following the steps below.
1. Within your TPO Admin, click "edit" on the Target Site ID then click "Service Management" on the left side navigation.
2. Add "LodeStar Closing Cost Calculator" from the service list:
3. On the right, click the three dots icon, then click "Edit":
4. Within the "Edit Order Options" screen, you will be able to set up how you'd like TPO to run. See below two common options:
- If you would like to run a quote on all files you can set the "Readiness Condition" to loan amount (field #2) > 0.
- If there is another criteria you want it run under you can set it up within the "Readiness Condition" input box. Please note: You will need to share whatever criteria you setup with your LodeStar rep so we can verify the testing.
5. Within the "Edit Order Options" screen (scroll down), you will need to select an authorized user so the "Organization" or "Persona" is authorized to trigger the service.
