Below are steps on how to find your Encompass Client ID. The main reason we ask for a screenshot of your client id is because we need the numbers at the beginning of your Encompass client ID and not the letters (Example: 30*****, not TEBE******).
Step 1: In the top righthand corner, go to "Help", then "About Encompass".
Step 2: In the new window, you will see the client ID under your company name.
