Below are the steps on how to refresh LodeStar within Encompass. This action will be needed when the LodeStar's Customer Success Team advises you to do so. It is usually needed when a change that has been requested within your calculator has been made.
**If you don't refresh your calculator, the new changes will not appear.
1. Once you have Encompass running, open LodeStar in the "Services View" tab. (Guide on how to do this)
2. Within the "Services View" tab, you will see two green arrows in the top left hand corner:
3. Click the two green arrows and you will see your LodeStar calculator screen refresh and load. It will repull in the information from the current loan file you have open:
