Within your LodeStar Encompass integration, we have the ability to export the date that LodeStar was run on a loan file. This will update every time LodeStar is run. See below what you need to do to set this up!
The preferred format for the Date field would be STRING. This is because we export both date and time.
Once this custom field is created, please send it to your Customer Success Manager for set up. You will also need to add it within 'Field Mapping' in Encompass Web. See steps here on how to do that. *The provider field name will be the same as your custom field name.
See below an example of how your field mapping should look. This is only an example and may not match your custom fee name. This example is showing the correct mapping type and how the 'Encompass Field ID' needs to match the 'Provider Fee Name':
Once everything is set up, the date and time will export to your custom field any time LodeStar is run.
