Producing a CSV of Fee Names within Encompass

We have a tool that will let you produce a CSV of your fee names from Encompass so you can send them to us easily and faster. Please follow the steps below and send LodeStar your CSV attachment when completed:

To Import a Package:

1. Log in to the Form Builder.
2. On the Tools menu, click the Package Import Wizard.
3. On the Package Import Wizard window, type or browse to the location of the package file (Attached is the file that needs to be imported into the Client's Input Form Builder), click Open, and then click Next.
4. Click Import.
5. Click OK in response to the completion message.
6. If prompted, click Yes to open each form included in the package in the Form Builder’s Form Workspace.
