In order for LodeStar to return an accurate quote, the following fields need to be filled in within Encompass LO Connect (Encompass Web):
Within the Subject Property Information section:
- City
- State
- Zip
- County
- Property Type
*You are able to run TBDs for the street address.
Within the Transaction Details section:
- Loan Purpose
- Mortgage Type
- Amortization Type (if applicable)
- Purchase Price (if applicable)
- Base Loan Amount
- Transaction Details (if applicable)
LodeStar will not let you run a quote within these required fields filled in within the loan file. If they are not filled in and you access LodeStar, it will prompt you to go back and enter in the identified information before clicking "calculate".
