Under N.C.G.S 24-1.1A(c)(1), transactions in North Carolina will include a commitment charge of $16.50 for an Owners Policy, a Lender's Policy or an Owner's Policy that includes one Lender's Policy (i.e. simultaneous issue).
By default, LodeStar bundles the commitment fee into the Lender's Title Policy within Section C. This will result in the Lender's Title Policy to be overquoted by $16.50*.
