In many states, it is customary for the seller to pay the owner's title insurance policy. By default, LodeStar quotes the Owner's Policy on the buyer's side for all states. If you would like the Owner's Policy to be quoted on the seller's side for specific states, please reach out to support@lssoftwaresolutions.com. This list doesn't take into account states where it can be negotiated, per the contract:
