Are there specific pricing tiers?
Tiers are pricing levels based on property value. If your appraisal fees change depending on the value range, please provide each tier and the fee that applies to it.
Example:
$0–$1,000,000 = base fee
$1,000,000–$2,000,000 = base fee + 100
$2,000,000–$4,000,000 = base fee + 175
Is there zone or county specific pricing?
Please tell us whether your appraisal pricing varies by county. If pricing is the same across all counties, you can state that clearly. If pricing differs by county, please list each county and the corresponding fee. Note: We cannot support zip-codes.
Example: Maricopa County, AZ may have different pricing than Pima County, AZ. If there are zones or groups, please specify the counties included in each.
What should I list under Additional Fees?
Additional fees are separate, stand-alone charges that are not included in the standard appraisal fee. Please list any separate fees that may apply.
Examples: rush fee, trip fee, complex property fee, or other standalone charges.
What does it mean when the form asks whether this is a New Appraisal, Updating Fees, or Replacing Everything?
Please clarify whether the fees you are submitting are for a new AMC, only updates to certain appraisal types, or whether they should fully replace all existing fees on file.
Choose the new option if this is an entirely new appraisal setup.
Choose the update option if only specific fees for an existing appraisal setup are changing.
Choose the replacement option if the attached fee schedule should become the complete and only fee schedule moving forward. This option will remove all fees and only use the fees provided on the attached for the associated AMC.
What should I include under Types?
Please specify which loan or appraisal types the fee update applies to, such as USDA, FHA, or Conventional. If the update only applies to certain property types or products, please be as specific as possible.
Example: If only the Conventional appraisal fee is changing, note that clearly. If only FHA single-family pricing is changing, please specify “FHA single-family” rather than just “FHA.”
