To add a new title company within your LodeStar calculator, you will need to submit their information via our Title Company Request Form. This is the only way to add a new title company. See below the steps on how to do so.
Step 1: You can access the Title Company Request Form in our Help Center on our website, www.lodestarss.com, under the "Support" tab.
Step 2: Once you have accessed LodeStar's Help Center, you will see the section that includes the request form.
Step 3: Within the Title Company Request Form, you will see the prompted fields that need to be filled out and submitted.
**If you need to submit multiple title companies, please use the attachments feature at the bottom of the form. You can use any format you'd like (Excel, Word, etc.).
***The LodeStar support team will let you know when we received your request and when the title company has been made available in your calculator. For any questions, please reach out to support@lssoftwaresolutions.com.
