When will I receive my bill?
Invoices are sent on the 1st business day of each month.
Can I request my bill for next month in advance?
No. LodeStar’s billing is usage based and reflects the prior month’s usage. We are unable to know what your usage will be in advance.
Do you charge for test loans?
We do not charge for test loans run by the LodeStar team or in the first month of your contract.
Why do I see test loans on the CSV file sent with my invoice?
The CSV file is a log of all searches. All searches, including test searches will appear on the search log. You can filter the CSV to reflect the searches on the invoice.
