• State and Municipal Sales Tax (WA, KY, NY, etc.)

Title Agent Fees:

• Closing and Settlement Fees
• Pass Through Fees
• Attorney Fees
• Document Preparation Fees
• Notary and Signing Fees

Recording Fees and Transfer Taxes:

• State, County and City Deed Taxes
• Mortgage Recordation Taxes
• Intangible Taxes
• Deed and Mortgage Recording Fees
