Step 1: Login to Encompass LO Connect and navigate to the "Services Management." Under "Manual," select "Add" and select "LodeStar Closing Cost Calculator." Then toggle on the "Active" setting under LodeStar.
Step 2: In the same "Closing Fees" dropdown menus, click the "Credentials" tab select "Add."
Step 3: On the next screen, under the "Company Credentials," click the pencil button to edit.
Step 4: Under "Company Credentials," enter the Organization ID provided by the LodeStar Customer Success Team. Then click "Save."
Step 5: Encompass LO Connect will acknowledge a successful save in the upper right hand corner.
Step 6: Under " Name," enter "Everyone." For Username and Password enter the credentials provided by the LodeStar Customer Success team.
